  16.  To use the application simply double-click on the !Diary icon in the 
  17. filer window and wait for it to install its icon onto the icon bar.
  18.  
  19.  The menu is identical for the main window and for the icon bar.
  20.  
  21.    Info      ->     Program Information
  22.    Configure ->     Font Templates              (A Tick Means The Templates
  23.                                                  will contain fonts)
  24.    Quit             Guess What ??????

  26.  When the application starts it loads the diary for 1994.  The diaries are
  27. contained within the application and changing the year causes the old year
  28. to be saved and the new one to be loaded.

  30.  To enter details simply click in one the section chosen and enter the 
  31. details into the window as shown.  The data limitations are as shown:

  33. 4 Birthdays per day
  34. 1 Appointment per hour
  35. 2 Things to do per day
  36.  
  37. If you wish to keep an old piece of data do not click on that text but on
  38. the blank spot.

  50. - This is the first release version.  The code is longer than it should be 
  51.   as most of it was stolen from !CardIndex.  As things progress it will be

  70.  A very great amount of time & effort has gone into writing this Application
  71. and I hope that it works well and properly. I shall - at times in the future -
  72. be upgrading & correcting this program and I shall make these upgrades 
  73. available to registerd users on receipt of a disk.

  76. altered versions to me so that I may keep the version numbers in the correct 
  77. order.
